United States Olympic Committee, Nick Tavaglione Construction was selected as the General Contractor to reconstruct the stadium football field and all surface running track for the Los Angeles Coliseum Commission and the United States Olympic Committee. Under strict Olympic guidelines, Nicholas L. Tavaglione personally managed and supervised the installation of the new stadium floor renovation project.

Oakland Raiders, Nicholas L. Tavaglione worked closely with owner and General Partner Al Davis to select and renovate the Oakland Raiders new southern California training facilities located in El Segundo California. Selected as the Oakland Raiders primary General Contractor Nick Tavaglione converted and renovated over 50,000 square feet of an existing middle school into training and locker rooms along with ticket and administrative offices.

Oxnard Training Facility, working in conjunction with the Oakland Raiders and the City of Oxnard Nicholas L. Tavaglione commissioned Architects, Planners and turf specialist to design and build a state of the art summer training facility for the Oakland Raiders. This location serves as a summer training camp for a number of NFL teams and has been used as a model for other athletic training facilities.

City of Santa Ana California Redevelopment Agency, Nicholas Tavaglione worked with Planners and Architects to renovate and rejuvenate a portion of historic downtown Santa Ana. Major structural renovations included extensive structural earthquake retrofitting along with extensive interior and exterior cosmetic restorations.

Exterior Restorations, NL Tavaglione Development has been involved in numerous site restoration projects, working with civil, soils and structural engineers to assist in the design, planning and installation of property improvements and renovations.
